WhatsApp business for Salesforce is a product of Inno Valley Works Pvt Ltd.

Inno Valley Works Pvt Ltd provides SaaS based CRM services and products. A customer is an entity with whom Inno Valley Works has an agreement to provide services.

WhatsApp business for Salesforce Platform,

1. WhatsApp business for Salesforce - Sales

WhatsApp business for Salesforce – SALES will work only on the Salesforce lead, contact, opportunity, campaign objects. The sales agents can interact with their leads and customers through WhatsApp channel from the Salesforce lead, contact, opportunity record. It creates a new lead if the phone number is not available in the system.

2. WhatsApp business for Salesforce - Service

WhatsApp business for Salesforce – Service will work only on the Salesforce Case object. The service agents can interact with their leads and customers through WhatsApp channel from the Salesforce case record. It creates a new case if there are no open cases available for the Phone number in the last 24 hrs.

3. WhatsApp business for Salesforce - Advanced

WhatsApp business for Salesforce – Advanced will work on the Salesforce Lead/Contact/Case and any custom object. It includes both Sales and Service modules features from the above. Additionally, we would be able to send bulk messages, promotional and seasonal campaigns on WhatsApp from Salesforce Campaign for the Campaign members.

4. WhatsApp business for Salesforce - Platform

WhatsApp business for Salesforce – Advanced will work on the Salesforce Contact/Custom objects. Additionally, we would be able to send bulk messages, promotional and seasonal campaigns on WhatsApp from Salesforce Objects.

5. Messaging Data

All the customer and agent messages are stored only in your Salesforce instance and it will not be stored or processed other than Meta server and Salesforce servers.

6. Modifications to the Service and Fees

Any increase in subscription pricing (excluding support and resource-based Services) for the first renewal term will not exceed 5% over the then-current subscription pricing, provided that (a) Customer renews its entire then-current subscription volume. Thereafter, any increase in subscription and support pricing will be in accordance with pricing in effect at the time of the renewal or as otherwise agreed to by the parties.

Services Reduction: Customer wishes to replace its opted Services with the services listed in the available Services table contained in the Order Form. Any credits or debits applicable to fees paid or owed in relation to such Users under such existing Order Form(s) will be applied to the Order Form.

Resources based on support on the additional feature specific to the customer will be time and material based billing.

8. Trademark License

During the Term, Customer hereby grants to Inno Valley Works a worldwide to use Customer’s trademarks and logos made available to Inno Valley Works Pvt Ltd by Customer as part of this Agreement, solely in connection with the marketing, advertising, and promotion of the Inno Valley Works WhatsApp Business for Salesforce Solution, including listing the Customer on the Inno Valley Works Website; and only in accordance with Customer’s reasonable trademark usage guidelines, as updated by Customer from time to time. Customer may require Inno Valley Works to cease using Customer’s trademarks and logos if, in the reasonable opinion of Customer, the continued display of Customer’s trademarks and logos would cause a materially adverse effect on Customer’s image and the goodwill associated therewith.

9. Copyrights & Ownership

Inno Valley Works Pvt Ltd expressly reserves all rights, title, and interest in, and Customer will not acquire any right, title or interest in: (i) the Inno Valley Works WhatsApp Business for Salesforce Solution (or any part thereof). All right, title and interest in the Inno Valley Works Property will remain with Inno Valley Works. Customers may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service which Inno Valley Works. Customer agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of Inno Valley Works. For greater certainty, the Inno Valley Works Property is licensed and not “sold” to Customers. 

Inno Valley Works claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service.

10. Terms of Use

Customer agrees to use the Services pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Service Agreement and to accept and comply with all terms and conditions, rules and policies from WhatsApp relating to the use of the Service, including but not limited to the following (including all anti-corruption and trade compliance undertakings, representations and warranties therein):

The WhatsApp Anti-Corruption and Trade Compliance terms included in Exhibit A (together the “WhatsApp T&Cs”).

For avoidance of any doubt, Sinch makes no representations as to where the Customer's Data is being processed when using the Services.

11. WatBox Warranties

WatBox.ai & Inno Valley Works warrants that it will take reasonable care and use commercially reasonable efforts in arranging and provisioning of the Platform and the Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with this EULA. The preceding are the only warranties and override all other warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, including fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement.

Accessibility to and functionality of WatBox may be compromised on your web browser, mobile device(s), and/or operating systems. Inno Valley Works & WatBox cannot guarantee your internet access, including its availability and quality. You are responsible for ensuring internet access for consumption of Services. Additionally, Inno Valley Works & WatBox relies on the WhatsApp business application program interface for delivering its Services. Consequently, changes made by business messaging SaaS tools and applications to the messaging platform may impact or even disrupt the Services. You acknowledge that Inno Valley Works & WatBox has no control over the delivery of Services by the messaging platform or its technical setup. This may result in Inno Valley Works & WatBox being unable to provide Services to you in part or in whole. In such cases, both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement on mutually agreed terms.

12. Email and Web Support

Customer will generally have access to Inno Valley Works technical support from 10:00am to 8:00pm IST (GMT+5:00) on weekdays (other than holidays observed by Inno Valley Works) through email support, or through the web site using our chat widget, or by mailing us on

support@innovalleyworks.com.

13. Fees and Payment

Fees. Customers will pay to Inno Valley Works the applicable fees described on the order form during the Term in accordance with the payment terms set out herein.

Third Party Messaging Platform(Meta Cloud API) Fees. – Inno Valley works fees do not include any charges that may be assessed by Third Party Messaging Platforms for access to or use of a channel. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the Customer, to be paid directly to the Third Party Messaging Platforms. Please refer to the Meta cloud API fees on the link below.

14. Term and Termination

Inno Valley Works excludes and disclaims all warranties, conditions or  statements, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation,  the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and / or fitness for any  particular purpose. The Services shall be performed with professional skill and diligence in  accordance with the highest standards in the industry.

This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue to be in effect until your subscription has been terminated in accordance with the terms Customer agreed to at the time of signup.

Either Party may elect to terminate this Agreement and your subscription to WhatsApp Business for Salesforce services as of the end of your then current Term by providing notice, on or prior to the date thirty (30) days preceding the end of such Term.
